Its cold season, and if you don't take good care of yourself you will most likely get sick. Today I was in Guelph at one of the community centres and everyone was hacking and coughing, sneezing and just generally looking unwell.
The holidays are over, and everyone is exhausted-shopping-shopping and more shopping- mutiple Xmas dinners-travelling etc...it will wear you down. Once that happens you are open territory for disease and illnesses.
Time to look at preventing some critical health mistakes
1. Eat well..make sure that you are getting a balanced diet
2.Sleep well -in order to repair your body the average person needs a Minium of 7 hours sleep per night.
3. Take vitamins and supplements .A-C-D-E-ZincOreganol Taking supplementals will will makeit a lot harder for a virus to take hold of your system.
4. Get outside -yes in the cold and breathe some of that fresh air that will clear out your sinuses, and acclimate you to winter don't hide indoors that will only make you more susceptible to winter viruses.
5. Exercise-Exercise and more of that........try to get a least 2-3 weight workouts per week and at least 45 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.....
These types of preventative actions will make you a lot less likely to get sick, beat the flu by trying to stay resistant , and all the things above will make that happen...Good Luck...
